Pay is $1,314 per credit hour. GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: Kirkwood Community College seeks a skilled enthusiastic individual to join our faculty to teach Hospitality Math in-person at the Cedar Rapids campus. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge base in their discipline and teaching experience at the college level is desirable. Primary duties will include teaching assigned class and communicating with Department staff, students and faculty. Course Meeting Details: Fall Semester: August 24, 2026-October 15, 2026 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 12:00PM-1:25PM Face-to-face Center for Hospitality Arts Adjunct faculty positions are temporary, part-time positions scheduled intermittently based on institutional need. Adjuncts are not guaranteed work in any semester and are notified of course assignments prior to each term as courses become available.
