Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer fingerprint-based criminal history records check, employment history review, and any other screening or clearance requirements mandated by state or federal law and applicable school district policies or procedures. Continued employment is subject to maintaining such eligibility and clearances.

Teach a Hospitality & Culinary Management dual credit course at Lake Zurich High School.

Currently or will be teaching Hospitality & Culinary Management at Lake Zurich High School; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Management, -OR-related discipline; -AND-minimum of five (5) years of experience as a working chef - OR- hospitality professional supervising a kitchen/hospitality staff; - OR- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Management, -OR-repeated discipline; -AND-minimum of three (3) years of experience as a working chef- OR-hospitality professional supervising a kitchen/hospitality staff;- OR-Master’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management, Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Management -OR-related discipline; -AND-minimum of one (1) year of experience as a working chef -OR- hospitality professional supervising a kitchen/hospitality staff.

Pay Rate: Salaries for Dual Credit Adjuncts are paid through their high school district. The College of Lake County may provide stipends for specific professional development activities.
