About the job

The Trainer will be responsible for overseeing the Training of allocated Botswana sites in a Hospitality environment. The role involves training and coaching in ensuring that the Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.

Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions across all Hospitality departments as per our Standard Operating Procedures

Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees

Promote efficiency and improve skills of employees

Keep attendance and training records and registers

Monitor employee performance and response to training

Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement

Provide daily updates on training areas done daily on sites

Assist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within IFS

Doing presentations to the target audience for all IFS Academy Training Modules and SOP’s

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience as a Hospitality Trainer/Facilitator

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management

Certificate as Trainer/Facilitator

Good verbal and written communication skills

Organisational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Be prepared to go the extra mile

Must be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to time
