The course adapts a BCcampus textbook. Canadian businesses, communities and institutions provide the examples; consider how their context differs from your own.
Allow about 20 hours. Reading speed, reflection and repeated practice will affect the time you need.
Complete every lesson, pass all 14 chapter quizzes and score at least 70% on the final test.
Chapter quizzes allow unlimited attempts. The final test allows three attempts, with 60 minutes for each.
Chapter quizzes account for 40% and the final test for 60%. Practice knowledge checks do not count towards the grade.
It records completion of this introductory course and 20 CPD hours. It is not a university qualification or a professional licence.
