Raphael Bick

Raphael Bick joined Mandarin Oriental as Chief Information Officer in August 2025. He is responsible for the Group’s technology and AI transformation to deliver exceptional and personalised experiences for guests and colleagues. Previously, Raphael was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the Firm’s Technology Practice in Asia. Raphael holds an MBA from INSEAD and has worked extensively across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. He is based in Hong Kong.
