Participation

Conference policies

Population Futures is designed for candid, constructive exchange. These rules apply equally to attendees, speakers, organisers, sponsors and online contributors.

Code of conduct

Treat people and their work with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation and sustained disruption are not accepted. Raise concerns privately with the organising team; urgent safety concerns will be acted on immediately.

Research integrity

Present evidence honestly, distinguish findings from interpretation, acknowledge collaborators and declare material conflicts of interest. Do not share confidential data or identifiable participant information.

Registration changes

Places may be transferred without charge until 8 September 2027. If you can no longer attend, release your place promptly so someone on the waiting list can join.

Privacy, photography and recording

Registration information is used to run the conference and provide requested adjustments. Photography is limited to clearly marked shared areas. Sessions are not recorded unless the programme states otherwise and every contributor has agreed.

Demonstration status

Population Futures 2027 is sample content used to demonstrate Scholardemia's conference workspace.
