Houston, Texas, The Department of Sport Management at Rice University in Houston, Texas, invites applications for a Full Professor to begin July 1, 2027. The candidate will be expected to serve as Department Chair. Candidates must have a demonstrated record of leadership and service at the department/school/university/discipline level, outstanding teaching and research excellence. In addition to successfully leading the department, job duties include conducting exceptional research and teaching undergraduate and possibly graduate courses. Academic Programs include Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management, Bachelor of Arts in Sport Analytics, and Master of Data Science with a Sport Analytics specialization.
