Free covers one individual account, with collaboration and organisation participation according to assigned permissions. Workspaces includes unlimited operator seats — invite your editorial board, programme committee, and team at no extra charge. Institutional deployments are scaled by agreement.

Free and Workspaces run on the main Scholardemia platform. Institutional deployments are your own Scholardemia instance — your name, your domain, your database and admin boundary — with a per-instance choice to bridge with the wider Scholardemia network or keep your users gated. Each is scoped and agreed with your team.

Every account gets a personal profile and managed email identity. Workspaces adds a branded organisation site with one domain registration included per workspace. The domain remains your property; you can also connect a domain you already own. Registration and renewal details are confirmed during domain setup. Free uses community support. Paid Workspaces includes standard onboarding for one organisation and supported journal migration: OJS import, legacy-URL redirects, and guided DNS cutover.
