Job Purpose
Emirates Flight Training is a modern, progressive department that utilises Competency Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) methodology in all our courses and is one of the few full Evidence Based Training (EBT) operators worldwide. Through continuous professional development and standardisation, you can expect to be trained and developed in the most up to date training methodologies to ensure you meet the exacting standards required by Emirates.
As part of Emirates Airline’s continued growth, we are seeking experienced professionals to join our Flight Training department in non-flying, ground-based roles as Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI). This position is responsible for delivering training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conducting ground school instruction in accordance with GCAA regulations and Emirates’ standards.
Deliver type rating, recurrent, recency training, and ground school sessions in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system.
Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards.
Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods.
Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives.
Qualification
Hold or have held a CPL Commercial Pilot License MPL Multicrew Pilot License or ATPL Airline Transport Pilot License
Experience Minimum 12 months as an active Instructor or Examiner
Minimum 1500 hours flight time as a pilot on multipilot aeroplane
Advanced communication and leadership skills

Annual basic salary of up to AED 376,320 (USD 102,460).
