You can cancel Premium yourself, in the app, at any time; there is no need to email anyone or phone anyone. Cancelling never deletes anything you made, and you can change your mind with one click.
Cancel your membership
- Open Settings → Membership & billing.
- Choose Cancel membership and confirm in the dialog.
- You keep full Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for; the exact date is shown before you confirm. You are not charged again.
What happens to your things
After the paid period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted:
- Everything you uploaded stays and keeps working wherever it is used; you just cannot add new Premium-only media. Profile and cover imagery stay editable.
- Live questionnaires are closed when the plan lapses rather than being removed; their responses and settings are kept, and you can relaunch them manually after rejoining.
- Reading, publishing, and everything in the free plan continue exactly as before.
Restore Premium
Changed your mind before the period ends? Press Restore Premium on the same page and your membership continues as if nothing happened. If you rejoin later, after the plan has lapsed, Premium features unlock again, and closed questionnaires can be relaunched by hand.
On the beta trial there is no card on file and nothing to cancel: if you do nothing, the account simply moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
