Alongside the PDF ticket, attendees can keep their event pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, so the check-in QR code is always one tap away on their phone.
Adding a pass to your phone
Open the Event Passtab of the event’s attendee dashboard. The buttons adapt to your device: on iPhone, iPad, or Safari on a Mac you get Add to Apple Wallet, and Google Wallet saves the pass to your Google account from any browser. The pass carries the event name and dates, your name and ticket type, the venue, your check-in QR code, and a link back to your event dashboard, and it surfaces on your phone around the time of the event.
On other computers, such as Windows, choose Get it on your phone instead: scan the QR code with your phone’s camera to open your pass page there, or email the pass to yourself — on an iPhone, the attached pass opens straight into Apple Wallet from the email. The PDF ticket and Print options stay available everywhere.
Pass design for organisers
- Choose from a set of designed pass templates in the event setup, or customise the colours, banner artwork, header, and field wording to match your event.
- A contrast check guards against unreadable colour combinations, so passes stay legible in every wallet.
- The QR code on the pass is the same signed code used everywhere else, so door staff scan wallet passes, PDFs, and on-screen tickets interchangeably; see QR check-in on the door.
