Every confirmed registration comes with a digital ticket carrying a QR code, and the event admin console includes a scanner, so check-in on the door takes seconds per person.
The attendee ticket
Attendees find their ticket on the Event Passtab of the event’s attendee dashboard. It shows the QR code, the ticket number, and the organiser’s check-in instructions, and can be downloaded as a PDF, printed, shared, or added to a phone wallet where available. The ticket keeps an offline copy on the device, so it still opens without a connection at the venue. For paid events the ticket becomes available once payment is complete.
Checking people in
- Phone scanner: on a mobile device, the Check-ins tab offers a camera scanner that reads attendee QR codes directly. Scans made offline are queued on the device and sync automatically once you reconnect.
- Scan an image: on desktop, upload a photo of a QR code when camera access is limited.
- Manual entry: paste the QR text, or type a ticket number or attendee ID, for anyone who arrives without their code.
Each code works once: an already-used code is flagged immediately, codes from a different event are rejected, and unpaid registrations cannot check in.
Records & badges
The Check-ins tab lists every check-in with the time, attendee, ticket, source, and operator, is searchable, and can be exported. Check-ins also feed the attendance figures in Event analytics. From the Credentials tab you can also design name badges and print them as A4 sheets of four A6 badges with crop marks, optionally including each attendee’s QR code.
