Event analytics

2 min readUpdated 10 July 2026Events & conferences

The Analytics tab of the event admin console shows how your event is performing, from first page view to check-in on the day. Pick a date range (the last 7, 30, or 90 days, or your own window) and the whole view updates.

What you can see

  • Headline figures: total registrations with how many are approved, attendance, and the conversion rate from views to registrants.
  • Daily trend: registrations and check-ins across the selected window, useful for spotting the effect of an announcement or deadline.
  • Conversion funnel: views to registrations to attendance, with the attendance rate.
  • Ticket mix and revenue: registrations by ticket type, with a revenue summary per currency for paid events.
  • Engagement: page views, shares, submissions, and the check-in rate.
  • Geography and status: where registrants are based, and a snapshot of where every registration stands right now.

Page views are counted once per browsing session per day on the public event page, so the numbers reflect visits rather than refreshes.

Exporting data

Use Export CSV on the Analytics tab to download per-registration rows for your own analysis. Other admin tabs offer their own exports, such as the check-in log and participant lists.

Attendance comes from check-ins. Attendance figures and check-in rates are only as complete as your door process, so scan or record everyone who arrives; see QR check-in on the door.
