Connect Google Calendar & Meet

2 min readUpdated 10 July 2026Integrations & connected apps

Connecting Google links your Google Calendar to Scholardemia and makes Google Meet available where meetings are scheduled. Calendar integrations, including Google, are part of Premium membership.

Connect Google

  1. Open your connected apps

Sign in and go to Settings → Connected.

  2. Choose Connect for Google Calendar

In Calendar Integrations, choose Connect next to Google Calendar.

  3. Approve access in Google

Google shows a consent screen asking for calendar access. Approve it with the Google account whose calendar you want linked, and you are returned to Scholardemia.

Scholardemia requests calendar access only; it cannot read your Gmail.

What connecting enables

  • Calendar sync, so your Google calendars and your Scholardemia calendar stay in step. See Sync with Google Calendar.
  • Google Meet as a meeting option when scheduling calls from calendar events and event administration.

Disconnect

Return to Settings → Connected and choose Disconnect for Google Calendar. To remove access on the Google side as well, revoke Scholardemia from your Google account’s security settings. Events that were already created stay on both calendars; they simply stop syncing.

Connection stuck or expired? Disconnect, then connect again to grant fresh consent. If that does not resolve it, email support@scholardemia.com.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Our support team reads every message. Include what you were doing, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one; it usually saves a round-trip.
