Sync with Google Calendar

3 min readUpdated 10 July 2026Projects, tasks & calendar

Connecting Google Calendar keeps Scholardemia and Google in step, so meetings booked in one place appear in the other. Calendar integrations are part of Premium membership.

Connect Google

  1. Open calendar integrations

From Calendar, open the settings panel and go to the Integrations tab. The same controls are available under Settings → Connected.

  2. Sign in with Google

Choose to connect Google and approve access in the Google sign-in window. Scholardemia requests calendar access only.

  3. Link calendars

Link a Scholardemia calendar to one of your Google calendars. Once linked, your Scholardemia events are pushed to Google, and a Sync now button lets you run a sync on demand.

What syncs

  • Event title, description, start and end times, and all-day status.
  • Location and video meeting links.
  • Changes and deletions: edits are synced too, and syncing is incremental, so only what changed is transferred.

Events you create or edit on Scholardemia are pushed to Google as you save them. Use the Sync now button in the Integrations tab to run a sync immediately.

Disconnect

You can disconnect Google at any time from the same Integrations tab. Disconnecting stops all syncing; events already on either calendar stay where they are.

Events not appearing after a sync? Check that the right Google calendar is linked and try Sync now. If it still looks wrong, contact support@scholardemia.com with an example event.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Our support team reads every message. Include what you were doing, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one; it usually saves a round-trip.
