The Citations tab on your profile shows citation metrics drawn from your public Google Scholar profile. Once connected, the numbers also appear in your profile header alongside your follower counts.
Connect Google Scholar
Go to Settings → Profileand add your Google Scholar ID or profile URL in the Research profiles & keywords section. Either form works; if you paste a full profile URL, Scholardemia extracts the ID for you. Your Scholar profile must be public for metrics to be readable.
What the tab shows
- Total citations, h-index, and i10-index, as reported by your Scholar profile.
- A Citations per year bar chart, filterable to the last 5, 10, 20, or 30 years or all years.
- A cumulative total showing how your citation count has grown over time.
- An Open Scholar link so visitors can check the source profile directly.
Where the numbers come from
Metrics are read from your public Google Scholar page and cached, then refreshed roughly every two weeks. Scholardemia does not compute its own h-index, so if a figure looks wrong, correct it on Google Scholar first and the profile will pick up the change at the next refresh.
