Projects include two AI assists: drafting tasks from a project document, and a written status digest. Both only ever propose; nothing is created or sent until you confirm, and the AI controls appear only when AI is configured for your account or the platform.
Draft tasks from a document
Link a document to the project
Open the project’s Documents tab and link the document that describes the work: a plan, a protocol, or meeting notes.
Choose Draft tasks from this document
Each document row has a draft-tasks control. The AI reads the document text and proposes a handful of tasks, each with a title, description, priority, and sometimes a short checklist.
Untick what you do not want, then confirm
Review the proposals and untick anything that misses the mark. When you confirm, the kept tasks are created in the first column of the board as ordinary tasks you can edit like any other.
You need edit access to the project to draft tasks.
The status digest
On the project’s Progress tab, the Status digest panel writes a short summary of where the project stands, built from the real numbers: tasks per column, what is overdue, what is due in the coming week, and how milestones are tracking. Choose Summarise progress to generate it, then Copy to paste it into a report, an email, or a chat message.
The digest is generated on demand and shown in the app; it is not emailed and does not run on a schedule. Refresh it whenever you need an up-to-date summary.
