Every project offers several views of the same tasks. Switch between them with the tabs at the top of the project; nothing changes about the work, only how you look at it.
The board
The board is the default view: a kanban wall where each column is a status and each card is a task. Drag cards between columns as work moves forward. You can rename columns, reorder them, and set a work-in-progress limit on a column so it flags when too much is in flight at once. Tasks in columns named things like Done or Completed count as finished in progress rollups.
List, calendar, timeline & workload
- List: the same tasks as rows in a table, useful for scanning and sorting.
- Calendar: tasks placed on their dates, so deadlines cluster visibly.
- Timeline: a Gantt-style view of tasks and milestones across time, good for planning phases and spotting overlaps.
- Workload: tasks grouped by assignee, so you can see who is carrying too much before it becomes a problem.
Each view supports filters, and you can save a filtered arrangement as a saved view to return to later. Cross-project saved views such as My Tasks and This Week live on the Projects page itself.
Progress
The Progress tab rolls the project up: how many tasks are open, done, or overdue, and how milestones are tracking. It is the quickest place to answer “where does this project stand?” without reading every card.
