Your home feed has three streams, each with its own tab: For You, Topics, and News. They answer different questions, so it is worth knowing what each one contains.
For You
For You is the community stream: recent posts from researchers across Scholardemia, shown newest first. It is where you post yourself, and where you find conversations to join. Alongside it, a Scholars to follow panel suggests colleagues based on shared interests, with a follow button right there.
Topics
Topics is the stream you curate. Follow any tag, from a post’s topic chips or from search, and new posts, documents, events, courses, datasets, and journal news carrying that tag collect here. Topic follows are private; nobody else can see what you follow. See Tags & topics.
News
News is a front page of research and science journalism gathered from external sources, laid out with a lead story and a grid of further reading. News items behave like posts where it counts: you can like them, comment, share, and bookmark them for later.
