Contact a journal

1 min readUpdated 10 July 2026Journals & publishing

Every journal site on Scholardemia includes a contact page, so you can reach the editorial team directly, whether the journal lives on scholardemia.com or on its own domain.

Reaching the editors

Open the journal’s site and go to its Contactpage from the site navigation. Messages go to the journal’s team, not to Scholardemia. The editorial board page tells you who runs the journal; see Your editorial board page.

Who handles what

  • The journal’s team: scope questions, submission and review queries, decision appeals, special issues, and anything editorial. Editorial decisions belong entirely to each journal’s editors.
  • Scholardemia support (support@scholardemia.com): sign-in trouble, upload failures, broken pages, and anything else about the platform itself.
Not sure which? If the question is about a manuscript or a policy, start with the journal. If something on the site is not working, start with support and include the journal name and the page you were on.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Our support team reads every message. Include what you were doing, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one; it usually saves a round-trip.
