Login alerts & active sessions

2 min readUpdated 10 July 2026Account & sign-in

Two features help you keep an eye on your account: an email alert when a sign-in comes from a device we have not seen before, and a live list of everywhere you are currently signed in.

New-device sign-in alerts

When your account is signed in from a browser or device that does not match your recent sessions, Scholardemia sends an alert to the email address on your account. If the sign-in was you (a new laptop, a fresh browser profile, a major browser update), no action is needed. If it was not you:

  1. Change your password straight away from your account settings.
  2. Sign out the sessions you do not recognise (see below).
  3. Enable two-factor authentication if you have not already.

Review where you are signed in

Go to Settings → Account and find the sessions list. It shows your current session and every other device, grouped by browser and platform. From there you can revoke an individual device or use Sign out other devices to end everything except the session you are using right now.

Revoking a session forces that device back to the sign-in page. It does not change your password, so pair it with a password change if you suspect the credentials themselves are compromised.

Locked in a race with someone who has your password? Email support@scholardemia.com and we will help you secure the account.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Our support team reads every message. Include what you were doing, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one; it usually saves a round-trip.
