Reset a forgotten password

2 min readUpdated 9 July 2026Account & sign-in

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes. You will need access to the email address on your account.

Reset your password

  1. Request a reset link

Go to /forgot-password (also linked from the sign-in page) and enter the email address on your account.

  2. Open the email

We send a reset link to that address. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the address you signed up with.

  3. Choose a new password

Follow the link and set a new password. A password manager’s generated password is the strongest choice. Once it is saved, you are taken back to the sign-in page to sign in with the new password.

Good to know

Reset links are single-use and expire, so request a fresh one if you come back to the email later. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you will still be asked for a code after the reset; that protection stays on.

No longer have access to the email address on your account? Email support and we will help you verify your identity another way.

Still stuck? Talk to a person.

Our support team reads every message. Include what you were doing, any error message, and a screenshot if you have one; it usually saves a round-trip.
