A lab is a shared workspace with a full public site attached. Creating one takes a few minutes in the lab creation dialog, which opens from the pricing page; the Premium & plans option in your account menu takes you there.
Create your lab
Identity
Choose your lab’s name and its web address. The address check runs as you type, so you know immediately whether your preferred name is available.
Publishing
Tell us whether you are starting a new journal or bringing one over from an existing platform such as OJS, DergiPark, or Hrčak. Migrations get a guided path for importing back issues later.
Review and launch
Confirm the details and create the lab. Your workspace and public site are provisioned together, and you land on the new site straight away.
What you get on day one
Every lab starts with the complete package: a public site with default pages and starter text, a private workspace with an editorial console, a shared inbox, and a members register. The site is live immediately at its Scholardemia address, and you can restyle it, edit every page, or connect a domain you own whenever you are ready.
Next steps
Once your lab exists, invite your team, pick a site theme, and set up the shared inbox. If anything goes wrong during creation, email support@scholardemia.com and we will sort it out.
